- Avilia Group has incorporated a subsidiary that deals with real estate development in Cyprus
- The subsidiary, in cooperation with a well reputed Cypriot developer, purchased a plot for the construction of POSEIDON project – a boutique building of 13 apartments, in an excellent location in Limassol
- The construction started and supposed to be completed by the end of 2023
- In addition, the subsidiary is reviewing other opportunities, including a project of hundreds of residential and resort units in Agia Napa
